Will the Effort To Restore Equal Treatment Under Law for White Americans Succeed? Paul Craig Roberts

In 1995, 30 years ago, Henry Regnery published my book, The New Color Line.  Henry told his son Alfred that my book was the second most important book, after Russell Kirk’s The Conservative Mind, that the publishing house had ever published.

Reviewers agreed. Irving Kristol, the father of the neoconservatives, called attention in The Public Interest  to the important message of my book.  What had happened was the implementation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by the EEOC had overthrown the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, that required equal treatment of the law, by imposing racial quotas, explicitly prohibited in the statutory language of the 1964 CivilRights Act, against whites and in favor of blacks, against males and in favor of females in hiring, promotion, and university admission.  This, of course, made whites and white males into second class citizens under the law as it was enforced by the US Department of Justice and federal courts including the US Supreme Court. This practice of making white Americans second class citizens in law has continued for 60 years.

Appreciative reviews from both right and left–Judge Robert H. Bork and Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz–attested to the non-ideological, non-partisan straight-shooting content of my book.

The New York Times Book Review wrote “A forceful and convincing case . . . vividly dramatic.”

The Wall Street Journal said “There are important lessons to learn . . . not least how good intentions can go badly awry.”

The Washington Post said “Roberts and Stratton make a strong case that the civil rights legislation of the 1960s has been distorted beyond recognition.”

I don’t remember any conservative or libertarian magazines taking notice of the book.  Perhaps Regnery’s marketers did not think that endorsements from conservatives would be helpful, or perhaps conservatives saw my book as an assault on America’s virtue–“nothing that Roberts says could happen here!” This is the typical  conservative reply to anything that doesn’t read rah-rah America.....

.....Someone told the publishing company to pull the plug on a well reviewed book. And the plug was pulled.  All the information I provided about the assault on  equal rights, was  discarded. The success in deep-sixing the book was so complete that Harmeet Dhillon knows nothing about it, and neither does Tucker Carlson.  They have learned of the problem by living it. https://www.lewrockwell.com/2025/05/no_author/the-dojs-assault-on-white-christians-is-worse-than-you-think/

So, where are we now after 60 years 0f  EEOC and Justice Department enforcement of illegal discrimination against white American citizens?

Dual-Citizenship Illegal - Vox Popoli

 Full text: https://voxday.net/2025/05/30/dual-citizenship-illegal/

This is an interesting rejection of Clown World’s anti-nationalist campaign, particularly because the Japanese constitution was imposed upon Japan by the US occupiers after World War II. It’s a strong indication that the dual-citizenship effectively created by the US Supreme Court decision in Afroyim v. Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 (1967) was both incorrect and inappropriately utilized in an excessively expansive manner to create a supra-national individual right that does not and should not exist.

Being ruled by foreigners is not only a curse in the Bible, it is a common late stage in empires that usually presages an eventual collapse.

On Handling Hypocrisy - by Vox Day - Sigma Game

One of the unavoidable results of female solipsism, Delta narcissism, and Gamma/Omega self-pity is hypocrisy. This might not be apparent to everyone, but if you think through the logic, it rapidly becomes obvious that things could never be otherwise.

If, after all, you, your responsibilities, or your feelings are paramount, then by definition, absolutely everything else is of lower priority. And therefore, you quite naturally expect everyone else to put you, your responsibilities, or your feelings first, and to sacrifice themselves, their responsibilities, and their feelings if there happens to be any conflict between the two.

Women, in particular, tend to be shocked to be informed of their natural hypocrisy. It can be quite funny, in fact, to listen to the various rationalizations and justifications for why they merit the special treatment they expect, and why they cannot reasonably be expected to treat everyone else the way that they demand to be treated themselves.

Here are three questions for the benefit of all the women whose eyes just bugged out and took a deep intake of breath at this heretical observation:

AI-Sourcing White Collar Workers - Vox Popoli

No one cried for all the blue collar workers who were outsourced. Are we supposed to weep for the white collar workers who are soon going to find themselves AI-sourced?

Also, isn’t this a very strong indication that all those immigrants are no longer necessary and can be safely repatriated? That’s certainly one way to ensure that unemployment in the US labor market doesn’t spike to 20 percent.

The fact is that an awful lot of those jobs are just paper-pushing makework anyhow.

UHI: Sprawl Has Hijacked The Climate Record

From 1900 to 1970, land and sea surface temperature records track closely—tight correlation, minimal deviation. But post-1970 a clear and growing divergence appears. Land surface temps shoot up, dramatically outpacing sea surface readings.

Between 1970s to now, the global population doubled. With that explosion came sprawling cities, endless asphalt, heat-trapping buildings, artificial lighting, and traffic congestion: the Urban Heat Island (UHI) Effect went global.

Haldane vs Kimura - Vox Popoli - (On rate of fixation and evolutionary theory)

Just to put it on the record, I thought it would be useful to examine the challenge posed by the post-CHLCA genetic distance between Chimpanzee and Human based on the substitution rates estimated by two great evolutionary biologists, JBS Haldane and Motoo Kimura, as published by the latter in his extremely influential 1968 paper, Evolutionary Rate at the Molecular Level.

In the evolutionary history of mammals, nucleotide substitution has been so fast that, on average, one nucleotide pair has been substituted in the population roughly every 2 yr. This figure is in sharp contrast to Haldane’s well known estimate that, in horotelic evolution (standard rate evolution), a new allele may be substituted in a population roughly every 300 generations.

I’ve summarized their estimates, and the consequences of those estimates, in the same manner that I originally summarized my own estimates in my 2019 post entitled Maximal Mutations. Note that I have, in the interest of accuracy and on the recommendation of DeepSeek, changed the years per generation from 20 to 25, as I am informed that “25 years is a widely accepted average in genetics and anthropology.” Also note that Kimura utilizes the term “substitution” instead of “fixation”, but he means the same thing, which is the establishment of the nucleotide pair, also known as “base pair”, throughout the entire population. And finally, note that due to Haldane’s reference to alleles, not base pairs, the maximum number of fixed mutations for his model needs to be multiplied by 1.4, since that is the realistic weighted average of base pairs per allele.

And remember, literally none of these numbers or estimates are of my invention. All I have done is to apply the relevant math to their estimates, which apparently no one in the entire scientific community has ever bothered to do.

HALDANE
Years: 9,000,000
Years per generation: 25
Generations per fixed mutation: 300
Years per fixed mutation: 7,500
Maximum fixed mutations: 1,680
Genomic Difference in base pairs: 30,000,000
Genomic Shortfall in base pairs: 29,998,320
Percent Accounted For: 0.006 percent

KIMURA
Years: 9,000,000
Years per generation: 25
Generations per fixed mutation: 0.08
Years per fixed mutation: 2
Maximum fixed mutations: 4,500,000
Genomic Difference in base pairs: 30,000,000
Genomic Shortfall in base pairs: 25,500,000
Percent Accounted For: 15 percent

The problem should be glaringly apparent. Even if we apply Kimura’s insanely fast estimate of an average 2-year population-wide fixation rate for every new mutation entering the gene pool, a rate that is obviously impossible to attain for either humans or chimpanzees, his neutral selection theory can neither explain nor account for 85 percent of the observed genomic differences between modern chimpanzees and modern humans.

It’s even worse for traditional natural selection theory, as the 300 generations per fixation rate provided in Haldane’s 1957 paper, The Cost of Natural Selection, means that Neo-Darwinian natural selection can only account for six-thousandths of one percent of the observed genomic differences.

https://voxday.net/2025/05/28/haldane-vs-kimura/

......There is no theory of evolution that is capable of even coming close to accounting for the situation we observe today.

On a related subject, my favorite illustrator had a request. Not, of course, for her benefit, but for the good of others, because she is a very kind individual with a good heart.

Is there an article or something that can explain what a “rate of fixation” is for dumb people? Not me of course, just some dumb people I know. Like a really dumbed down version of what Vox is getting at. I mean, I kind of get it… in my heart… but I don’t understand it enough to paraphrase it.

Rate of fixation = the time it takes for every single member of the same generation across the entire population to be born with the same nucleotide pair after that specific nucleotide pair first appeared as a mutation in a single individual.

Let us imagine that a baby being born with six fingers on his left hand was the result of a unique mutation of a single nucleotide pair. The rate of fixation would be how many years after the birth of that child passed before a generation appeared in which every single child in the entire human race was born with six fingers on their left hand.

There are 30 million or so nucleotide pairs that separate the human genome from the chimpanzee genome, each of which first appeared at some point and propagated through the whole of one of the two populations in the last 9 million years that have passed since the Last Chimp-Human Common Ancestor, according to standard evolutionary theory. This did not happen because it could not have happened.

As I have demonstrated above, whether you apply Haldane’s natural selection or Kimura’s neutral selection, nowhere nearly enough time has passed to account for the current differences between the two genomes because the rate of fixation is far too slow to do so.

For Gen Z, Love is Becoming a Digital Battlefield - American Thinker

Dating in 2025 is a minefield. Everywhere you turn, you're met with unresolved trauma, emotional baggage, or self-destructive behavior. What was once a straightforward path to connection has become a labyrinth of complexities, especially for Generation Z.

Technology, while ostensibly making it easier to meet people, has introduced new barriers to genuine intimacy and understanding. The convenience of dating apps and online platforms has led to a paradox where increased connectivity results in decreased meaningful interactions. A study published in Computers in Human Behavior reveals that psychological insecurities, particularly about appearance and social anxiety, are a main driver in the problematic use of dating apps among young adults. This reliance on digital interactions can exacerbate insecurity and hinder real-world social development, particularly in younger generations...

Full text: https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2025/05/for_gen_z_love_is_becoming_a_digital_battlefield.html

.....They default to apps, to screens, to isolation. Real-life interaction has become a liability. Better to stay silent than be called a predator. Better to swipe than risk humiliation.

And what does that create? A generation of young adults who don’t know how to connect. Relationships become rare; honesty becomes dangerous; intimacy becomes a liability.

OnlyFans on one gender. Porn addiction on the other. A generation divided by the very thing forecast to bring us closer -- social media. Add a layer of digital shaming and you’ve built a society of emotionally numbed, physically isolated people who have learned to fear each other more than they desire each other.

We’ve replaced traditional dating norms with distrust and dopamine loops.

To fix this, we need to bolster young men’s confidence in their purpose -- to provide and protect, encourage young men to initiate, and stop treating male attention as predatory by default. Likewise, we need to train young women in feminine drive, remind women that intimacy isn’t meant to be broadcast or sold to strangers, but rather to be shared with the person who's earned your trust, and engage the female drive for home and family. Stop telling young men their purpose is solely money, and for heaven’s sake stop telling young women the same thing! We all know that relationship is key -- but we aren’t raising younger generations with that understanding, so they’re lost.

Dating shouldn’t feel like war. But right now, for Gen Z, it often does. It’s time we fix that.

The Facts On Public Insurance Firms - Denninger

..... Thus efficiency can allow them to steal other firm's customers (since their price is cheaper) but that's all; they cannot improve their margins and thus their shareholder returns via becoming more efficient!

There's another problem that naturally arises as a result when you get down to it: Would you like to make 10% of one million dollars or 10% of one hundred million dollars?

See the problem yet?  The insurance company has every reason to promote more claims or more-expensive claims.

It is for this reason that no insurance company can ever be allowed to get involved in price-setting or mandates of any sort.

In the context of cars do you really think the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has as its goal "reducing the crash rate"?  If they have why haven't they done so?

The facts are that they haven't over the last 20 years or so but what they have done is wildly raise the cost of a crash through the mandates they have demanded and got which in turn have wound up increasing the cost of vehicles and especially crash-related repairs.

This of course makes the insurance companies more money -- and lots of it all without a single bit of improvement in operating margin.

EVERY SINGLE DIME OF THAT HAS COME OUT OF YOUR ASS.

AI Rejects Evolution - Vox Popoli

After reading Ron Unz’s intriguing post about making use of Deep Research’s enhanced capabilities to critique articles and arguments, I thought I’d try it out. On tonight’s Darkstream, I’ll be taking everyone through Deep Research’s detailed critique of MITTENS, specifically, the Maximal Mutations post from 2019, and show how I convinced the AI to completely change its mind concerning the viability of the argument for the mathematical impossibility of evolution by natural selection.

This was its initial conclusion, which relied upon two absolutely false assumptions and one incorrect estimate, all three of which are a part of the current standard model of evolution by natural selection and the various other mechanisms.......

Therefore, within empirically grounded evolutionary biology, the Maximal Mutations argument exposes not just a tension but a fundamental impossibility in molecular evolution as currently understood.

One has to be very careful when utilizing AI as a fact-and-logic checker because although its processes are fair and objective, it is still subject to the Garbage In Garbage Out principle. Which is why if you receive a result that diverges dramatically from the one you are anticipating, it is a good idea to closely review the various factors going into the analysis.

And now we can cite Deep Research in observing that the theory of evolution by natural selection is nothing more than an irrelevant, outdated, and mathematically-impossible model constructed and refined by innumerate biologists.

Use Your Knowledge, Don't Share It - by Vox Day

Knowledge is for using, not trying to impress others

For some reason, a lot of readers here observably struggle with the concept that knowledge is for self-utilisation, not for sharing with, educating, or trying to impress others.

READER: Good point about "women seem to only relate to things through themselves" I had a female friend who I thought liked me. But each time I began to talk about one of my problems she always began to talk about herself, without real interest for what I was saying. I always thought it was just her and not all women were like her. If you have not empathy and compassion from your wife, why to marry or have relationship?

SIGMA: Because you probably don't have it either. Most men don't. Are you going to simply not engage in human relations because most people can't read your mind?

READER: I struggle with this because everyone repeat everytime that women are more sensitive and attentive than men. It seems hard to demonstrate in a conversation.

SIGMA: MPAI. Most People Are Idiots. Why would you care what everyone simply repeats without ever once even thinking about it?

READER: Yes. So when a group of people say things like that, do you stay silence or do you have to react to try to fight the stupidity?

SIGMA: I ignore it and keep my mouth shut. I don't argue with dogs every time they bark either. I don’t care what they think and it's not my job to be the reality police. The very idea of fighting the stupidity is itself intrinsically idiotic, given the way in which the most obviously apt metaphor is King Canute trying to fight the sea.....

We’re Done Dishonoring Our Dead – The Burning Platform

 Guest Post by E.M. Burlingame

In the dim, smoke-choked haze of this campfire somewhere in the mountains of Idaho, I think. Who knows, I’ve been in the bottom of not a bottle but bottles for days. Wherever I am, I sit here, hunched over a fifty-year-old scotch strong enough to burn away the memories. But it doesn’t, won’t, can’t. The demons don’t drown—they just whisper louder, angrier, clawing at my skull, demanding to know what and why. What the fuck did they die for? Why did we bleed and break and lose everything for a system that just says, “thank you for your service,” while we’re left choking on the decaying cadavers of their lives, our civilization and world?

Jeremy’s dead. Died on some commando raid, brains out, trying to drag an Air Force TAC off a road alive, PKM rounds ripping the air. Took one to the head—bam—blood speckled grey matter painting the dirt before his boys could even suppress the fire. And for what? So we could hand that shithole back to the enemy years later like it was a used hooker. Would he have done it if he knew? If he knew we’d just piss it all away? Yeah, probably. That’s the kind of solid motherfucker he was. There for his boys, not the fucking locals. The best of us. His mother and sister—they’re walking corpses since, hollowed out, crushed under a weight that’ll never lift.

Dawson’s gone too. Christmas Eve, he ate a bullet. Self-inflicted, they say, like that makes it cleaner. Couldn’t take the pain—the broken back, the scrambled brain from tumbling off a cliff in the black of night on some pointless patrol. They pumped him full of pills, turned him into a junkie, but it didn’t touch the real hurt: the betrayal. Would he have signed up if he knew? If he knew the government was brewing a plague to fatten Big Pharma’s wallets, a vaccine jacking the “unexpected death rate” up, whatever the fuck that is, by 40%, while the suits in government, business and banking count their stolen trillions? Hell no! None of us who knew him will ever fill that hole he left. Good men like him don’t survive this soulless meat grinder of a world.

Pepper died in some goddamn qalat, in some nowhere village that’s never mattered in the whole stinking history of man. Honestly, I don’t know much about it. What kind of fucking friend was I? I only know he took a round to the femoral artery—bled out fast, hot and red, in the hands of his 18D teammate and buddy who’s carrying that shit nightmare to this fucking day. His wife back home? She’s got nothing now but a flag and a fading memory. Why’d he enlist? Because the 2008 financial crisis—those slick Financialists pulling strings—stripped him broke which shoved him into the Army. Would he have served if he knew it was all a rigged game, a wealth grab for the rapists at the top? Maybe. Who the hell knows. He was also a quiet, solid motherfucker.

Eric’s dead too. Blown into five wet chunks by an IED he was disarming to keep little local kids from getting shredded. My team had to find the parts, scrape him up, bag him, ship him home to his boys and a closed casket funeral—two little guys under seven who’ll never again see their adored dad. His EOD junior, Ken, lost an arm, his brain turned to mush in the blast, condemned to stumble through life half a man. Would Eric have left those boys if he’d known? If he knew the lunatics in charge—teachers, social workers, doctors, government freaks—might one day try to trans them, pump them full of estrogen, carve up their bodies, throwing their genitals in the fire? Hell no. He lost himself trying to save strangers’ kids. That great father sonofabitch died for a future that’s turning to poison.

Three of my other boys offed themselves within ten months of one another. Few years back. Died back here in the States, not even on the battlefield. Brain injuries, career problems, divorces, courts ripping their kids away, handing them to unfit mothers while the system took half of everything they’d ever built, would ever build. Every one of them with at least two years in straight up combat. Would they have pushed so hard to be selected, to wear the beret, if they knew? If they knew their own government would flood our streets with the same enemies we fought for twenty-five years—rape gangs, murderers, human traffickers all protected by the insane, by academics, politicians, NGOs, cops and judges, while good men rot in jail for fighting back? If they’d known our intelligence agencies and law enforcement would be flooding fentanyl into our streets, killing hundreds of thousands of our own? Not in a million fucking years!

What the fuck are we doing? Fighting for these bastards, these fucking antihumanist viruses. These parasites that create nothing. That do nothing but take, as they send us away to murder the innocent to collect on their debts! What the fuck are we doing guarding their accumulation of even more wealth by slaughtering humans in their sleep—their wives and kids just “getting in the way.” All so some pedophile, some predator, some Financialist Resentful can cash in on a ten-million-dollar “performance” bonus this year, while our families have barely enough to eat.......

Why Men Must Abandon The False Gospel Of Nice-Guyism

For years, I’ve watched men in the Church try to gain respect by being nice and fail miserably. They serve, they sacrifice, they bend over backward to please everyone around them, especially their wives. But it doesn’t lead to the life they expected.

Instead of respect, they get resentment. Instead of admiration, they get indifference. They’re overlooked, not honored. Their efforts go unnoticed, their sacrifices unappreciated. These are the so-called “nice guys.” And understanding what drives them is key to understanding why so many Christian men feel lost, ineffective, and ashamed.....

......Nice guys almost always have an external locus. Their entire worldview is built around the idea that someone else is responsible for their happiness. That’s why they feel like victims. That’s why they’re constantly frustrated. That’s why they think if they just please everyone, things will finally go their way. But that day never comes.

Scripture blows this mindset apart. Proverbs teaches that a man’s life reflects his heart. His outer world mirrors his inner world. His fruit comes from his roots. And if his house is a wreck, his finances are a mess, his health is in decline, and his relationships are shallow, the first place he needs to look is the mirror.

Yes, there are always other factors. But the man is the main one. That’s the default assumption Scripture teaches. Not that everything is his fault, but that he is responsible. And if he takes responsibility, God will meet him there.

....That’s why passivity is so soul-killing. That’s why unemployment crushes men. That’s why retirement often leads to depression. A man without a mission is like a sword left in its sheath — unused, dulled, and wasting away.

This is why women are attracted to competence. To strength. To leadership. To performance. It’s not shallow. It’s built into them. Just as men are drawn to beauty and warmth and receptivity, women are drawn to a man who can get things done. Who has a direction. Who doesn’t need her to be his emotional crutch......

....Finally, you must believe that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. Not every effort will be rewarded in this life. But all of it matters. Even the mundane. Even the overlooked. Even the painful. “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” That is the abundance mindset. That is freedom.

The way of Christ is not easy, but it is light. It is not safe, but it is good. And it leads to real joy, real peace, and real masculinity. So stop being nice. Start being good. And live like it’s good to be a man.
