 At this point, I think it’s important to remember that there are multiple Trumps and it is intrinsically misleading to put too much stock in anything that is said by any of them, but most particularly by the short, fat one controlled by Clown World. All the competing word-spells are irrelevant, all that matters is the courses of action actually taken by the various parties.

Nor should we put too much stock in Israeli crocodile tears about missile strikes on Tel Aviv after the way the IDF has flattened civilian buildings from Gaza to Beirut and Tehran. It is both nonsensical and contemptible to declare “this is war” and hit another party, then whine when the other party hits back.

In war, the enemy always gets a vote. And if the US is foolish enough to get further involved, there is no reason to assume North Korea, Russia, and China won’t follow suit. China probably won’t, but I wouldn’t bet on North Korea and Russia staying out of it.

Helping Fix Modern Worship - by Rev. Matthew Littlefield

 I have written about Christian worship from time to time on my blog. One example is this piece from several years ago titled, Modern Worship is Mostly Boring. In this piece I wrote about how limited the range of topics are in modern worship. We often sing about the same small range of topics. These topics are good, necessary and should be part of our worship. But I have long felt that something was missing.

It was not until last year that I put into words what I think is the far bigger problem with worship; that it is inadvertently misleading people. I wrote a piece called, Is Modern Worship Helping Deceive People? In this piece I expanded on my earlier piece, but dove more specifically into the problem with modern worship, we are accidentally catechising people into a shallow, or narrow understanding of the Bible, because of our selective range of worship topics. I even gave an example of how this causes issues,

“One thing that became clear during the covid years is that most Christians had not taken to heart what the Bible says about the corruption of political leaders in this world. This is an incredibly important theme in the Bible. In fact, it is one of the dominant themes of books from Judges, through to 1 and 2 Kings, 1 and 2 Chronicles, all the way through to making up much of the teaching of the minor and major prophets. Yet many Christians thought there was really only one basic passage about government in the Bible, Romans 13, and that we should just inherently trust the powerful. You could not get any further away from the message of the Bible than that. The Bible’s reflections on power and the powerful in this world are far more detailed and intelligent than that, encouraging deep scepticism of the powerful and shrewd dealings with the leaders of this world. But many Christians are unaware of this.....

.....The point of this post is to show that we can now do something about modern worship ourselves. There are many wonderful songs, and some amazing Christian musicians. The church is blessed. I love the worship at my own church, because each musician brings a different flavour to the worship set and they all work hard to broaden the themes that we sing in church. We are blessed at our church. I know many churches also do a great job of worship. But many have a very narrow focus in their worship and it shows in how many Christians think.

Now, we can go even further, we can write lyrics ourselves and turn them into songs and sing them at home. And even better, we can use the very words of scripture to make incredible music. If you have issues with modern worship, or you just want to worship God in a style you prefer that you can’t find elsewhere, you can now do something to help fix it.

This – incandescent – decade was launched by an assassination, of Gen. Soleimani in Baghdad, as I emphasized in my 2021 book Raging Twenties. He was on a diplomatic mission. The green light personally came from then President of the United States, Donald Trump.

The mid-Raging Twenties is now hurled to the brink of a devastating war in West Asia, with global repercussions, by the serial assassination of the IRGC leadership, in Tehran, by the psycho-genocidal Zionist entity. Unfortunately the same fallacies just keep repeating and expanding the polarizations. Anti-Zionists naively call the Zionists “genocidal” given the immense destruction of life and property in Gaza, and the Zionists’ desire to make it inhospitable and expel the Gazans. Calling it a genocide implies a clear malice and naively labels the Zionists as the guilty party in this horrible chaos without understanding the complex evolution of ideas and incentives which guide their actions. Similarly, Dan Bilzerian (‘The King of Instagram’ with 30+ million followers) tweets: “Jews should pay holocaust reparations to the families of the 60 million Christians they killed during the Bolshevik genocide.” Again, like Hitler-others, erroneously-unfairly blaming Jews for inadvertent over-representation in Socialism. Nick Fuentes too has a profound understanding of the disastrous Zionification of the US Government, yet by preaching for some white Catholic ethno-state among other fallacies, Nick, and similarly Candace and Dan, and many other courageous and knowledgeable critics of Zionism, inadvertently help fuel the ideology and censorship. Anti-Jewish fallacies fuel Zionist ones. To me these people are heroes. Anyone who knowing that they will be persecuted and has the courage to voice their opinions, and thus engage in the vital competition of ideas which creates civilization, should be seen as a hero regardless of whether they are right or wrong.

How do we get out of this mess? Again: “when we understand everything, we will forgive everything.”........

The landscape is now littered with parasites seeking other parasites to feed on. The Higher Education parasite, after decades of marvelous expansion feeding on the host's burgeoning student loan debt, finds itself starving as federal funding dries up just as demographics is shrinking the pool of incoming debt-serfs.
Oh dearie dearie me, what to do? There seems to be a dearth of other fat parasites to feed on. It now appears that the host was supporting far more parasites than was sustainable, and so some parasites will expire, others will be sucked dry by more aggressive parasites, and many others will be reduced to a struggle for their own survival.
The belief that the consumer-host is immortal was delusional. The host has been sucked dry and is one thin mint away from collapsing in a heap. The parasites have been feasting for so many decades that they've lost the ability to discern reality: their survival now depends on feeding on other parasites.
