Considering Coronagate: Looking to the Constitution Will Only Guarantee More Tyranny - By Gary D. Barnett

“And yet we have what purports, or professes, or is claimed, to be a contract—the Constitution—made eighty years ago, by men who are now all dead, and who never had any power to bind us, but which (it is claimed) has nevertheless bound three generations of men, consisting of many millions, and which (it is claimed) will be binding upon all the millions that are to come; but which nobody ever signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, or acknowledged; and which few persons, compared with the whole number that are claimed to be bound by it, have ever read, or even seen, or ever will read or see.”
~ Lysander Spooner (1971). “The collected works of Lysander Spooner”
Spooner wrote this quote in the 19th century, and since then, six more generations have been bound by this bogus document, all without any consent. It is not possible for men to consent without contract, and even so, as Spooner pointed out, it is also impossible for any to make a binding contract that allows any surrender to any other, whether individual or government, of his natural rights. Horrendous things due to government dictatorial coercion are going on today, and this is of vital importance, but I feel it necessary to once again remind people that they are individuals with inherent rights, and looking to government to understand or validate your rights guarantees that you will have none.
Some things irritate me more than others, but the screaming out that something the government does is unconstitutional is at the top of the list. This is not only an empty statement, but is one that expresses a lack of intellect, and that exposes someone with little or no understanding of what rights entail. The Constitution is simply a government document drafted by politicians that were bent on creating a massively powerful central government with little restriction. It has accomplished that mission many times over, and given the totalitarian nature of this government during this flu season, any that cling to such nonsense today deserve no sympathy for they have built their own prisons.

Human rights are natural, and cannot be defined, contracted, explained, or ruled on by any men claiming to be the arbiters of natural rights. Sometimes I wonder just how ignorant and gullible the general population has become, and if critical thought has completely disappeared from view by all but the tiny minority. How can so many believe that a piece of paper drafted by the political class long, long ago can give rights to citizens? All government is corrupt, all government is tyrannical, no government represents anything but itself, and all government seeks power over others, so why do so many buy into this idea that a piece of paper giving unlimited power to the most evil entity on earth, could have anything whatsoever to do with rights or freedom?
The Constitution was written and made “law of the land” by politicians who gained greatly due to its passage. It is supposedly upheld by Congress, another bunch of criminal politicians, it is sworn upon by all government enforcers, and interpreted and arbitrated by a Supreme Court appointed by federal politicians for life. These corrupt judges are part of the federal government, and beholding to it. They have the final word, and they are simply politicians in government. In other words, the federal government drafted and owns the Constitution, and it has absolutely nothing to do with the natural rights of Americans, it is only a tool used by government to oppress those that have been fooled into believing that this piece of parchment is the basis for rights. Nothing could be more asinine than this backward thinking.
As Americans cower in their self-made prisons, as they are ordered to wear harmful masks, are not allowed to gather together, are not allowed to work or do business, are forced in many cases to be physically violated by “healthcare” goons, are not allowed to travel, are monitored by drones, harassed by pathetic criminal cops, spied upon at every level, or tattled on and “shamed’ by moronic and worthless citizens, do they feel good about the fact that they have a constitution? Do any actually think that they are protected by such fakery?
Until Americans can regain the small amount of brain power necessary to understand basic rights, until they can understand that they have no obligation whatsoever to comply with government mandates, until they look around and see that they have become slaves, then this coronavirus fraud will continue to worsen until breaking away from this totalitarian abuse will be nearly impossible.
As I wrote many years ago:
“I think it necessary to discuss the real essence of freedom and liberty, and the source of our rights. One would assume that this knowledge would be universal and embedded in the hearts of men, but sadly that seems not to be the case. Our natural rights are inherent because we are endowed with these rights due to our own humanity. All natural human rights predate men, and include the right to life, liberty and property, which encompass all our other rights. Therefore, real freedom relies on the premise that so long as one does not harm or aggress against another or his property, and does not infringe on another’s natural rights, then he should be left alone to do as he sees fit.
In order to be truly free, one has to have complete and total control of his life and property. That means of course that none have a right to aggress against or control any other. If freedom is evident, coercion and force are absent. That means that real freedom cannot exist if involuntary restrictions are imposed on the individual by any governing body.”
It is time to completely stop being obedient to the state. It is time to say no to all government mandates. It is time to open every business without any restriction. It is time to fight back to regain any semblance of freedom, and to spit in the face of government and it criminal enforcers.
