You may disagree with the law, but if you do then the correct action is to have it repealed through Congress.

Judges who refuse to uphold binding Supreme Court precedent are not judges and we'd better insist they cut that **** out unless you'd like a war of a very-uncivil sort to break out right here (and no, you don't.)
