Medical Must Be Burnt To The Ground - Denninger

It is not reformable; there are simply too many heads on the hydra and they grow back thus unless you kill it all at once as it is venomous, will bite and kill you -- and then you will be consumed.

I wish there was another answer.  But I'm convinced there is not, and this means either the law does its job "in total" across all areas of "medical" practice and jails all who refuse to immediate cease and desist or the only remaining answer is to destroy it all including all who demand to remain within it rather than join in ruining what's there.

Those practitioners who join with and participate in the ruination, of course, will still have their skills in whatever part of the "healing arts" they occupied, and there will never be a null requirement for such arts, thus there is a place for them and their skills once the existing edifice is burnt to the ground and those who resist are either jailed or killed.

Why is there no other solution?  It is simply that the hydra has too many heads, they all regenerate and they all have a highly-venomous bite.  A few examples:

  • The medical schools all conspire with the AMA to limit admission slots.  This is a felony under 15 USC Chapter 1 and serves to both drive up the price of learning how to be a physician (or dentist) by constraining supply, and also increases wages once you are one.  The act of such is a criminal offense and yet not one prosecution have been brought in 50 years.

Quite simply there is no "reform" agenda that will work as between the businesses involved (medical, pharmaceutical and insurance) and governments which refuse to prosecute the black-letter violations of long-standing law and throw people in prison there is no means of reform -- and there are so many different aspects of the illegality that if you try to aim at one place (such as the Surgical Center of Oklahoma did) you will be targeted and prevented from replicating it which would threaten and could destroy the extortionate extraction if it was allowed to spread.

Thus there's no answer other than the system's complete destruction along with the destruction of anyone who tries to stop it.  Yes, on the other side of that we'd still have physicians, nurses and hospitals -- but there'd be no more of this bull**** because having executed on that once everyone involved would understand the price of trying it again both corporately and personally.
