That act is unlawful and in fact is a felony under 8 USC 1324 so where are the indictments?

The "onesie twosie" nonsense, no matter how many people you arrest at once, is irrelevant if you never prosecute the people hiring them unlawfully who have a duty to make diligent inquiry and quite-clearly are not.

We have over one hundred million people "not in labor force" according to the BLS and thus there is absolutely no shortage of available workers.  What there is, however, is a shortage of people who will work for less than a reasonable market rate given the cost of living here in America and the handouts available to those who are citizens.  If you don't prosecute those staffing companies that cheat then the cheating will continue and the problem will never be resolved.

I'm tired of the grandstanding considering that this problem is fixable in one day.
