All by design and by the way, an extortion scheme like this is not only a felony under 15 USC Chapter 1 as it implicates all of market power, unwanted tied sales AND price-fixing, it also meets the definition of Racketeering.

Ok, so why isn't Trump ordering Pam Bondi to frog-march a bunch of hospital, insurance and pharma executives out of their offices in irons to face said 10 year prison terms called for by 15 USC Chapter 1 (sections 1 and 2)?
These are not civil offenses -- they are criminal felonies and thus you can't lay them off on other people by increasing the price; prison is one of those things that you have to serve personally and the wealthier you are the more it sucks. That's good, by the way.
If he did this the entire cost problem would disappear. If he then in addition demanded Congress pass this not only would the cost problem disappear so would all access and affordability concerns on a permanent basis for all US Citizens.
So why not do it?
Because then that building next to the hospital, which currently holds people who's entire job is to screw you out of as much money as possible, all of it via unlawful schemes that were deemed illegal in the late 1970s and early 80s in two separate cases that both went to the Supreme Court, thus they stand as binding precedent across the United States, would be empty buildings......
These people -- in medical, "insurance", pharma and the entire government at both state and federal levels all hate you and do not give a **** about the law which is supposed to punish their attempt to financially******you with decade-long prison terms.
