The Indian H-1b fraud scandal has broke wide-open.
100,000 confirmed false degrees in medicine and engineering disciplines. Places where incompetence quite-literally kills. Not sometimes -- all the time. If today you walk into a doctor's office and your physician is an Indian you must****ume he is not really a doctor as his "degree" is false.
The worst part of it is that this is one bust of an actual university that in fact does education. It is not some fleabag fly-by-night operation that didn't actually exist; they were literally selling fake degrees.
What's worse -- if you can believe that the government would not instantly stomp on that -- is that it has now come out that USCIS has never verified any credentials whatsoever when it comes to H-1b and related visas -- even when those are issued specifically for allegedly professional roles that require them, and it it has now been disclosed that USCIS has known for more than a decade that 90% or more of said claimed credentials are either entirely fraudulent or inflated.
In other words effectively all of the so-called "great contribution" people brought in over the last couple of decades via these programs scammed their way into the United States, did not have the claimed skill sets and were hired anyway replacing Americans meaning this was done simply because they were cheaper. Every single one of the firms involved in this -- which is damn near all of the large tech and most medical firms -- must face having all of said people's visas canceled and any immigration adjustment which came from it voided, including green cards and citizenship, as they were procured by fraud and thus are, under our system of law and explicitly so when it comes to green cards and citizenship, void. Further, every single CEO and other executive who hired any of these people must be held personally accountable -- thrown in prison -- their firm destroyed and, if they themselves are foreign born stripped of citizenship and deported when their sentence has been served.
Now the question: Is Trump and his administration going to stomp on this including every single firm that has participated, or is he going to go down in the history books as the President who was fully aware that foreigners, specifically from India and China, have been and are displacing Americans to the tune of MILLIONS of skilled workers along with putting American lives directly at risk.
