SARS-CoV-2-related pangolin coronavirus GX_P2V(short_3UTR) can cause 100% mortality in human ACE2-transgenic mice, potentially attributable to late-stage brain infection. This underscores a spillover risk of GX_P2V into humans and provides a unique model for understanding the pathogenic mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2-related viruses.
This is an engineered virus. It is not naturally-occurring.
The virus is 100% fatal in mice bred to be "humanized."
It must be presumed that it would be 100% fatal, or nearly so, in humans.
Again -- this is not a naturally-occurring thing.

These people learned nothing from Covid. Not a goddamned thing, and they're now creating viruses that are much more dangerous.
They will not stop until and unless the people of this planet make clear that there are only two options:
Cut it out, right now, or we will make you die and in the process sterilize the ground on which your lab was right here, right now, no apologies, no ifs, ands or buts.
I'm dead serious about this folks. Any place working on such a virus should be no-notice nuked immediately to insure that it and the surrounding area is sterilized before there is a possibility of accidental (or intentional) release. I don't care where the facility is or the excuse for it; it must be killed with fire of the sun and it must be done immediately upon detection, because if you don't and it gets out statistically all humans die unless we are fortunate enough that the virus mutates into something less-lethal before it gets to you -- and being a coronavirus it almost-certainly will. However, this sort of engineered virus could easily cause "Black Death" sort of carnage before it does.
Further, the people of the planet, and I don't care where you are, your political persuasion or otherwise must make clear that if such a virus ever appears in the population we will assume it was man-made given the now clear public record that this crap was and is being experimented with and since we must assume we are all dead at that instant in time we will immediately kill everyone who had any element of capacity to stop it and didn't act, which includes every single politician irrespective of their political persuasion or role in any organ of government no matter where they are.
In short we the people of this planet must make clear to every single politician and political employee that their life is forfeit if something like this ever gets out. No exceptions, no apologies, no delays.
Why?
Because it is clear that only the fear of imminent and nasty death will stop these ghouls; nothing else has, even given the experience of recent history where such a virus did get out, did kill a lot of people and that one was much less-dangerous than this.
It is quite clear that Covid was man-made and China, European entities and entities in the United States were all involved in making it. This is established fact at this point in time. Nobody has gone to prison or the gallows for that -- not one person -- despite the damage done.
This work post-dates Covid so obviously these people, despite the evidence of the damage, will not stop screwing around with things like this.
Thus the only way to force it to stop is for the people of the world without exception to put the marker on the table that if governments do not stop this crap using whatever means are necessary, up to and including every nuclear-armed power nuking any facility involved immediately upon detection no matter where it is, and due to negligence, accident or intentional act it gets out we will all go hunting with every tool we have down to steak knives and they will all die immediately and with certainty.
