This analysis of preliminary rate filings submitted by 105 ACA Marketplace insurers in 19 states and DC finds that ACA Marketplace insurers are requesting a median premium increase of 15% for 2026, which would represent the largest hike in premiums since 2018, the last time policy uncertainty contributed to sharp premium growth.

Note that the expiration of the "enhanced" premium tax credits mean that for many people their premiums would not just double, they might rise by a factor of TEN or more, especially older people not yet eligible for Medicare.

This is the very nature of forcing someone else to pay your bill: The entire system delivering whatever it is becomes convinced (and will lobby) for it being "essential" and you will also get drunk on it, as I've pointed out with my beer and single-malt example.

Yes, I'm one of the people who will face either (1) shutting down all economic activity so as to remain within the limit for the credit, (2) paying a ridiculous amount of money for something that is both very unlikely to be of any value at all and of limited value if a disaster happens or (3) running naked.

You could decide, since 20% of the population is in this sector (health care generally) that you will shun them in all respects, including their children, spouses and everyone else in their family line such that they are forced to live as hermits if they keep scamming as they have for the last three decades -- but you won't, just as you haven't.  I've pointed out that this is an entirely-legal means of putting a stop to this **** -- Eliquis for $7,000 a year when its $700 in Germany and $60 for 100 pills in India -- neither of which is sold at a loss.

But since you refused to do that because "oh that's my son / daughter / wife / husband / kid / bestie / whatever" and so now here you are about to get financially raped up the ass.

There are other examples in the New Testament — not to mention the many examples in the Old Testament — showing that “all” or “all men” does not literally mean everyone. This shows the erroneous results from a literal and universal interpretation.

The Demise of Western Law Dates from the Nuremberg Trials

 ....Until I read some years ago David Irving’s book, Nuremberg, I was a great admirer of Robert Jackson.  I still am for his previous positions, but he blew it at Nuremberg.

World War II was a disaster for many reasons still unrecognized. The victims were not only the millions of lives, the destruction of economies, the loss of European countries’ national confidence and sovereignty, but also truth and justice as values that must be defended.  

At Nuremberg the British, Americans, and Soviets, who had committed worst war crimes than the Germans, sat, immune from accountability, in judgment. “The winners write the histories” and hold he trials.

As David Irving documents in his histories, Churchill’s War and Hitler’s War, Hitler regarded the bombing of civilian cities as a war crime. When Churchill kept secret from his cabinet Hitler’s generous offer of peace, which included Germany’s promise to use its military power in defense of the British Empire, which Hitler regarded as essential to the continuation of vastly outnumbered white ethnicities, Churchill kept the document secret from the British Parliament and ordered the British air force  to commence bombing civilian German residential neighborhoods. 

Churchill ordered that the air force focus on workers’ housing, because it was closer together and the fires would spread quicker.  He ordered that first the British bombers use incendiary  bombs, then when the fire trucks showed up to again hit with high explosives.  He ordered that the British air force add poison gas to the bombs.  At this point, the Air Force high command, already concerned about war crimes, flatly refused......

.....You can find the documentation in Irvings’ World War II histories and in John Wear’s books reproduced on my web sites.  Ron Unz of the Unz Review has also written extensively about the true story of World War II, one most people have never heard.

As far as I can tell, there are only three historians of World War II who are not court historians regurgitating the official war propaganda.  One is A.P.J. Taylor, who saw the hypocrisy of the court historians, but did not have the documentary resources that David Irving spent 50 years hunting down and forcing out of official files, hunting down and reading diaries and interviewing survivors.  John Wear is the third.

If you want to know the truth about World War II, you can only find it in these few writers, especially David Irvings’ Churchill’s War and Hitler’s War.  On orders from Israel, these books, that once sold in the millions of copies, have been burnt by the threatened and intimidated publisher, and copies are hard to find.

My generation and those following were taught that Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, and Dwight Eisenhower were moral crusaders who fought against the evil demon Hitler.  Once you read Irving’s histories of World War II–histories based entirely on the OFFICIAL DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, NOT IRVING’S OPINION–you will wonder who the true evil demons were.  John Wear’s account of Eisenhower’s treatment of German prisoners of war shows the hate-driven barbarity with which German POWs were treated.  No honor of the rules of war here.......

.....Irving’s book is, of course, politically incorrect. However, he lists in the introduction the voluminous files on which the book is based: Robert Jackson’s official papers and Oral History, Francis Biddle’s private papers and diaries, Col. Andrus’ papers, Adm. Raeder’s prison diary, Rudolf Hess’ prison diary, interrogations of the prisoners, interviews with defense counsel, prosecutors, interrogators, and letters from the prisoners to their wives. All of this and more Irving has made available on microfilms for researchers. He compared magnetic tape copies of the original wire-recordings of the trial with the mimeographed and published transcripts to insure that spoken and published words were the same.

What Irving does in his book is to report the story that the documents tell. This story differs from the patriotic propaganda written by court historians with which we are all imbued. The question arises: Is Irving pro-truth or pro-Nazi. The National Socialist government of Germany is the most demonized government in history. Any lessening of the demonization is unacceptable, so Irving is vulnerable to demonization by those determined to protect their cherished beliefs.

Zionists have branded Irving a “holocaust denier,” and he was convicted of something like that by an Austrian court and spent 14 months in prison before the conviction was thrown out by a higher court.

In Nuremberg, Irving removes various propaganda legends from the holocaust story and reports authoritative findings that many of the concentration camp deaths were from typhus and starvation, especially in the final days of the war when food and medicine were disappearing from Germany, but nowhere in the book does he deny, indeed he reports, that vast numbers of Jews perished. As I understand the term, a simple truthful modification of some element of the official holocaust story is sufficient to brand a person a holocaust denier.

My interest in the book is Robert Jackson. He had a noble cause—to outlaw war—but in pursuit of this purpose he established precedents for American prosecutors to make law a weapon in their pursuit of their noble causes just as it was used against Nazis—organized crime convictions, child abuse convictions, drug convictions, terror convictions. Jackson’s pursuit of Nazis at Nuremberg undermined the strictures he put on US attorneys such that today Americans have no more protection of law than the defendants had at Nuremberg.

....There should be zero female police chiefs in this country, just as there should be zero female generals in the U.S. military and zero female fire chiefs. The recent Los Angeles fires, and the abject failure of the lesbian-led L.A. Fire Department, were a case study in the left’s rejection of reality for woke ideology. If you can’t carry an adult man out of a burning building, you have no business being a firefighter, let alone running a major fire department.

In the first part of this series we dissected the increasingly popular but errant misreading of Romans 13 and its complementary passage, 1st Peter 2 — a misreading which has served as a theological bulwark for cowards and collaborators alike. We have demonstrated, line by line, that the Apostles do not advocate for unconditional subservience to the civil authorities. Rather, they outline the moral terms under which civil authority is to be obeyed. In this concluding essay, we will trace this understanding through redemptive history and the testimony of the Church, showing that godly resistance to tyranny is not only permitted — it is often required.

There are few passages in Scripture more damning of this insidious form of political idolatry than Psalm 94 (emphasis mine):

²⁰ Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

²¹ They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

As the rest of the Psalm elucidates for us, verse twenty is a rhetorical question in which the answer is an emphatic NO. Indeed, it is a particularly sanctimonious kind of villain that walks into a courtroom with polished shoes and statute in hand, ready to despoil the innocent. What the Psalmist plainly describes here is wickedness not in spite of human laws, but through them. Indeed, wicked rulers have ever sought to codify their evils into the so called law (which, as we have discussed previously, is truly no law at all.)

Now a comprehensive theology of government — its purpose, scope, and proper function — is a vast and worthy endeavor. It lies, in some respects, beyond the immediate frame of this essay. Yet we must establish at least one immovable premise upon which all legitimate government rests: that is, that the protection of the innocent is the core and non-negotiable duty of the magistrate. Strip that away, and its legitimacy crumbles.

The sexual imbalance of society, where the Alphas get as many women as the bottom 50 percent of the entire male population, comes at a severe price to men and women alike. And this imbalance also harms society as a whole, and significantly reduces its chances of maintaining itself, let alone thriving, as the collapse of marriage and fertility rates have conclusively demonstrated.

One of the great successes of medieval Christendom was the imposition of Christian monogamy, thereby ensuring access to wives and children for most of the Deltas. This was the basis of the highly productive middle classes that elevated the standard of living for everyone. And while the Alphas did not abide strictly to the rules, their ability to run rampant throughout the female population was heavily restricted by the societal norms limiting the freedom of young women to easily accommodate them.

There are two solutions. One is to try to convince Alphas not to behave in the manner that Alphas have always behaved. This is not going to work, especially because the costs to them are virtually nonexistent while the benefits are immediate and material. Even the use of law and force is not an option, because Alphas are not easily restrained by their social inferiors, at least not in an open and direct manner.

The other is to return to traditional restrictions on the ability of young women to engage in their favorite pastime of Alpha-chasing. This is the only solution that has any realistic chance of succeeding, but due to the weakness of low-status men and their allergy to female accountability, it is going to have to be driven by a combination of far-sighted Alphas and older, wiser women who are capable of resisting their natural inclination toward solipsistic projection.

The woman’s essay demonstrates that she understands the price she has paid for her feministic behavioral freedom, but does not extend to the full rejection of feminism and equality that is necessary.

Which is why I am dubious about there being any likelihood of a significant societal transformation of the observed sexual imbalance and its dyscivic consequences without some combination of collapse and/or conquest.

Judaism is not the faith of the ancient Hebrews — rather it arose after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ sometime around 200 AD — and was based entirely in reaction to — and the rejection of Jesus Christ and Christianity — which is evident in the anti-Christ nature of their “holy” book, the Babylonian Talmud.

Not surprisingly, “rejection of Jesus Christ” was not one of the options given to Jews in the 2013 Pew Research Poll “A Portrait of Jewish Americans” on which Neusner’s comments were based — for if it had been included, we would have seen the true nature of Jewish identity — and what truly motivates them:
