The common mis-perception today is that Trump and this election is about conservatism - it isn't! It's primarily about immigration and anti-establishment mindset. The conservative pundits have failed - all talk and no action. About the only thing they accomplished is the continuing jabber about the Constitution, free trade and questioning each other's conservative credentials.
The fact is that we left the Constitution long ago, free trade is a mirage and conservatives in general have been nothing more than a sound in a hollow chamber. Every institution today is run by the leftist big government types from both parties.
The American people are coming to realize that we have to stop the bleeding first - out of control immigration - before we can start long term therapy. Trump is the call to 911! - CL
