If we do not enforce EXISTING LAWS - WHY EVEN HAVE THEM on the books?

Specifically every single government employee or official whether local, state or Federal who allowed this ******* into the United States, who harbored said person and who in any way facilitated said individual from illegally obtaining a CDL and operating a truck using it must be arrested, indicted, be tried and punished as accessories before the fact to this homicide.

Harjinder Singh, who entered the country illegally and obtained a commercial driver’s license in California, has been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide in connection with Tuesday’s fatal crash, according to a news release from the Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).

An illegal alien not only has no right to be here they have no right to a commercial driver license and the granting of same was the predicate act that led to these deaths.

Under long-standing criminal law standards if I drive you to the bank with knowledge that you intend a criminal act, and you rob it shooting a teller, I get the needle or chair along with you even though I possessed nothing other than a car and did not rob the bank myself.

If the government will not find every single government employee or official involved in any way who facilitated this illegal alien's entry, residence, the illegal obtaining of a CDL and his employment operating the vehicle then we should consider every single entity in our government an explicit accessory before the fact to these murders and impose said sentence ourselves.  California cannot and does not override Federal Law.
