A few months ago I predicted that by the end of the year the Branch Covidian religion would wind up eating itself and collapse.

Now it is.

It has come out that the government intends to mass-deny all military religious exemptions.  This is no longer speculative at least as regards The Navy; it is now proved as the documents have been uncovered and leaked.  Whether that went into the injunction issued by a DC Judge is not known, but that the injunction issued is fact.

The OSHA alleged "ETS" has not been published despite being well beyond the date it was to drop.  OSHA has no authority to issue such an ETS on this subject matter; Congress never gave them that authority and the Executive can't amend law.  Even within their authority the issuance of an ETS is a fraught process with OSHA losing most of those on challenge in the courts.  Biden's administration knows this and now they have multiple trade groups warning them that issuing the rule will likely lead to mass-quits, slowdowns and disruption right into the holidays.

Of course the problem is that doing it later just moves when the bad happens.  I'll take the under on that ever seeing the light of day at this point.

The minute that ETS issues it will draw suits and demands for injunctions from dozens of filings.  The odds are extremely high that not only will the injunctions issue (after all, a jab in the arm if it goes bad is the very definition of irrevocable harm) but that the ETS itself will eventually get struck as well.  When that happens the entirety of the employer base who issued and enforced mandates without the backing of anything are going to have sudden acute need for a proctologist.

The burying of adverse events from the jabs that lead to death is not going to last.  Nor is the fact that the jabs don't stop transmission, symptoms, or, very-importantly, giving the virus to others.  Indeed a just-published Lancet study shows that vaccinated people are just as likely to transmit the virus as unvaccinated and only modestly less-likely to get it themselves, meaning that any claim that the vaccines protect others and thus could form a defensible "reason" to issue issue a mandate was and is a bald-faced lie.  If you got jabbed with the intent of "protecting" your elderly parents you were conned and may well kill them instead.

Oh, and lest you think that's just one study, it isn't.  A second preprint offers even worse news; potential negative effectiveness (which I remind you has been evident in the UK data now for a couple of months) and what may be the real 900lb Gorilla in the room: Near-complete loss of protection against severe outcomes among men, older frail individuals and those with comorbidities.  Those people who got jabbed to protect themselves in fact lose that protection more-seriously and faster.

To those who fear the PREP Act will be extended to employers to give them immunity: No it won't; there is no authority to do that in the legislation and it won't happen.  The PREP Act is a law already abused in that it was intended for use in a biological weapon attack.  Invoking it should have instantly led to challenge with the demand that the government name the attack and the attacker.  Of course we now know that's a problem because they'd have to admit they attacked us internally since the evidence is that the NIH directly funded the Wuhan Lab where the "escape" occurred.  If you want to know why hospitals all played lock-step the PREP Act is the reason.

Yes, it was the "Kung Flu" but we paid for the work and funneled it through Eco Health Alliance, so that means the US and European governments were the original source.  Yes, both Trump and Biden know damn well this is the case and both parties let it go on and funded it without comment which is why they both have tried to cover it up.  Indeed, Obama, love him or hate him (and I'm definitely not one of his fans) detected where what Fauci and his European and Chinese Pals were doing might lead and tried to stop it via Executive Order.

Talk about  "own goals!"

What do you do when a government commits an act of war on its own people?  If the citizens have a brain they sack it -- and all of the apologists who carried out their "orders."

People wonder about those who can think such as myself going "postal"; I assure you that anyone who can think won't be doing any such thing.  Why would I do anything to help people who cheered on the slaughter of their own grandmother?  Go **** yourselves, Branch Covidians.  I will never lift so much as one pinky, whether lawfully or not, to protect you from your own stupidity.  Indeed I relish watching what those who solicited, participated in and enabled the slaughter of a half-millions Americans justly deserve.

No, the more-interesting part of this is what happens if and when the Branch Covidians come to the realization they've been had.  That's happening.  It will continue to happen.  It will get worse.  Add to it all the people of color who are now finding out that Biden intends to give $450,000 to people who came here to the US illegally.  Uh huh, a half-million bucks per person and since this is for "separated" people that's at least a million bucks to each so-called "family" who, as their predicate act that led to the money, deliberately broke United States Law.

I have a suspicion that all those who had to earn their funds and who have been screwed blind over the last 18 months, say much less the last ten years, might be a little pissed off by this.  It's not like with no cops (all fired due to refusing to take a jab for a disease they already had and which is therefore worthless) they'd have trouble creating all manner or mayhem and murder eh?  Burn, Loot and Murder might have a rather amusing reaction to such once they figure it out.

Never mind the actual experts now stating out loud what I've pointed out since before the jabs were rolled out: There was no evidence they would prevent you from getting or spreading the disease.  It wasn't part of the trials.  And, it now appears, the trials were deliberately rigged so as to prevent "discovery" that the protection waned within months (gee, what a concidink that the time scale exactly matched up eh?  Do you really believe drug companies are not really good at designing trials and thus this sort of thing would be an accident?) and that reports of adverse events were deliberately ignored and buried.  In the most-recent trial of kids somehow, without explanation, 45 of them (a large number when we're talking about a trial of a thousand actual jabbees) dropped out.  Uh, that suggests somewhere around four percent had something significant happen; that is not a small percentage.  What was it that happened and why wasn't it explained?  Without explanation how do you vote "yes" other than because the government already spent the money and thus this is really nothing more than a rank bribe -- at the likely cost of the lives of children?

Is this sort of bad indicator (4%, more of less) roughly congruent with what we're seeing generally simply by personal knowledge of people I interact with and reports on various places such as social media?  Yes.  How bad?  That's highly-variable but the people who have had very bad reactions to these shots, not just a sore arm or feeling like crap for a day or two, is ridiculously high.  I would not be surprised if that number ultimately ends up being four percent!  We're talking life-altering changes that by any reasonable standard count as disability here folks, not inconvenience for a day or two.  There are multiple jurisdictions where clotting-based medical emergencies such as heart attacks and strokes are up by 25% or more across the population. 

Another coincidink?  Don't think so, particularly given that we know the spike itself is pathogenic and the jabs wind up in the heart (among the rest of the body's tissues) and produce spike proteins there -- which then results in the body's immune system attacking it.

In the past we stopped vaccination programs when fifty deaths were linked -- not caused, correlated with the jab.

In this case we continued even as the counts went well into the thousands and in fact turned "suggestions" into mandates which, I remind you, have no force of law as there's utterly no authority within the Federal Government to issue any such thing.  Was it really anything more than the simple fact that the check had already been cashed and thus irrespective of harm or even if it turned out to be a rank poison by God we were going to stab people with it?

No other medication would ever be permitted to proceed for anything other than an always terminal condition with these statistics.  I might accept a treatment for cancer that has a 4% chance of seriously injuring or killing me because untreated cancer is almost-always fatal.  But for someone who is healthy, even if elderly, Covid-19 has a less than 1% risk of killing or seriously injuring you and if you get it and survive without serious injury you gain long-term, durable protection against the disease.

These unlawful and federally unconstitutional "mandates" are now running into the reality of people saying "NO" -- and meaning it.  It has never been within the purview of the Federal Government to mandate vaccination whether through coercion or subterfuge, as has occurred here, save in one instance -- that of aliens attempting to enter the United States.  Isn't it curious that in the one case where the Federal Government has such authority they have allowed close to two million illegal invaders to cross into the US without being jabbed while in other places they assert an authority that clearly does not exist?

If you have determined that the jab makes no sense on a risk:benefit basis for you personally hold the line.  The first few innings are ending and next up, retribution aimed at those who issued mandates and screwed Americans by the millions will soon begin.  That part might get quite messy -- if it does that outcome is well-deserved and I will be tipping back two fingers of good single malt repeatedly in celebration.

You only get one life and your health is irreplaceable.  Don't squander it -- and especially do not even contemplate squandering your children's lives.  If you do that and they get injured I will fully support them, or their siblings if they die, eating you in response.  If you jab them and they are injured or die, given what we know about the lack of risk of this disease in children (less than that of Chicken Pox, to be specific) you deserve to be food.

If your government tries to kill you, and the evidence is that they did so through reckless experimentation which they paid for and then deliberately tried to evade detection of through subterfuge, it went bad, they hid it on purpose and then they tried to steer profiteering of their ****-up to favored friends and that went bad as well with the combination of the two slaughtering over a half-million citizens what is the proper recourse for the citizens to take if their loved one(s) were victimized by these ghouls?

This might be the least offensive response to all such entities, whether local, state or federal along with all the medical ghouls who assisted and profited from it themselves instead of blowing the whistle and demanding it STOP that an intelligent person can muster.

PS: The one-trick wonder firms involved in this?  I'll lay odds they're all nothing more than another Theranos except this time, instead of returning worthless results they actually did harm.  Best of luck to them and their corporate officers; they're gonna need it.

Risk Decisions in WWIII

 If you are considering getting vaccinated against the 2020 seasonal flu (aka "Covid") or one of its "variants," please consider this risk decision analysis.  

First, the relevant data related to the health risk associated with the 2020 flu--the Infection to Fatality Rate (IFR)--is no different, and apparently lower (around .04 percent) than the normal seasonal flu.  Although the IFR itself could be faulty, what we can observe with our eyes (rather than our computer screens) tells us that the 2020 seasonal flu is not a pandemic.   If it was a pandemic, 3 to 10 percent of the young and healthy people around you would have died.  This has not happened.  The imperfect IFR and your own eyes are therefore the only relevant data points in your risk decision calculus.   Despite media propaganda and government threats and pressure, the factual and observable risk related to the 2020 seasonal flu is the same as it has always been; that is, normal and real but negligible.   So the risk related to choosing to not get a vaccine is baseline risk.  The "do nothing" decision means that you accept the normal risk of living and being exposed to illness and recognize that the data and observable facts show that this risk is the same as it has always been.  

Second, what is the risk of agreeing to receive a "vacccine" shot?   At the moment, this is largely unknowable.  Although there is plenty of anecdotal evidence of very suboptimal effects--miscarriage, myocarditis, Bell's Palsy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, etc.--all of this evidence is still anecdotal.   Real, meaningful data related to vaccination risk will only be known many years from now.  

Because the real risk of getting a vaccine shot is unknowable until all accurate data are in and because this may never happen, in making this decision it is necessary to move from the realm of data to the realms of economics, behavioral economics, and human psychology to gauge the risk.   The primary, and I believe dispositive, fact in this analysis is the fact that no purveyor or seller of any vaccine has any legal liability for damages caused by the vaccine.  So even though the adverse outcomes listed above may still be anecdotal and the risk related to them may be minimal in relation to the total "vaccinated," the fact is that if you are injured by the experimental vaccine, you will have no legal recourse.  

A prudent risk decision must be comprehensive.  It must take into account the financial benefits and financial motives (and lack of financial sanctions) that will accrue to others affected by the decision.   Behavioral economics compels us to recognize that financial incentives (and disincentives) are superpowers; that is, it is unfortunately endemic to our human makeup that many of us will do anything for a buck.  This includes licensed drug pushers and doctors who have taken an oath to "do no harm," yet will not think twice before sticking an untested substance into their patient's arm for $500.   The biggest superpower at work in the vaccine drama is legal and financial immunity for vaccine sellers.  This is a powerful economic incentive for the unredeemed soul to roll the dice with other people's lives and health.    

The person making the decision of whether or not to receive a shot must therefore note that everyone involved in giving him the shot--the pharmceutical company, the doctor, the insurer, and the goverment--all benefit from the transaction.   The recipient of the shot, however, has very little proven or provable upside and the observable adverse downside has no safety net (legal liability), even if the risk is miniscule.  

In sum, it seems to me that whether or not to receive a vaccine is an easy risk decision.  The choice is between doing nothing and accepting status quo risk, the risk of everyday life, and doing something that involves serious risk with an unknown probability where powerful third-parties have a powerful financial motive in persuading you to say "yes."   The answer is obvious:  No.  Do not get the vaccine or any future booster unless and until the vaccine promoters:  (1) can prove that the vaccine actually improves normal, baseline risk--materially reduces one's baseline risk from dying from the seasonal flu; and (2) remove all legal and financial immunity that applies to vaccine sellers.  I do not believe the vaccine promoters will ever satisfy these conditions.  The support for No. 1 can only come with time and sober, unbiased, testing.   That does not appear to be possible in the current system and mass hysteria environment.  Ditto for No. 2, immunity from liability is the problem and it is unwise to expect those who financially benefit from this rule to change the rule to their financial detriment.  

As a final note, it appears to me that the people who have orchestrated this "pandemic" are shrewd students of human psychology.   The Covid playbook seems to have been written by a person or group that is very familiar with Charlie Munger's Psychology of Human Misjudgment and/or Robert Cialdini's Influence.   Mass Man has been subjected to a mass Milgram Experiment (complete with a bossy man in white lab coat), a Stanford Prison Experiment (Blue State governors playing the part of warden), and various uses of the psychological tools of fear, social proof, committment bias, and financial incentive bias to move the herd of Mass Man in the direction of unthinking compliance.  

If, instead of a real pandemic we are in the midst of a WWIII psyop where the battlefield is Mass Man's mind, I suspect and hypothesize that the vaccine experiment will continue to involve and entrench people's views primarily through committment bias and social proof (herd bullying).  If the vaccine plot is a sinister war taking place in the mind of humanity, then I would expect that perhaps more than 80 percent of the vaccines given have been placebos.  

Why?  Because a student of behavioral psychology will recognize that each time a person elects to get a shot and each time "nothing happens," the more likely it is that that person will conclude that the vaccine is safe.  This is committment bias.  And it will make it more likely that a signifcant subgroup of Mass Man--a large percentage of people who have received a shot and have not been injured (perhaps because they received a placebo)--will pressure, bully and ostracize those who have chosen to say no to the shot.  As society divides and the divisions become hardened, the uninjured placebo receivers will claim that the vax refusers are acting "crazy" or "irrational" based on the "data."   This is social proof bias.  The "data" will support them because, if only less than 20 percent of vaccine recipients have received an actual vaccine, the anecdotal outcomes above will be miniscule relative to the total persons "vaccinated."  The data, however, is not real unless and until vaccine sellers release accurate information of who received a vaccine and who received a placebo and what the vaccine to placebo ratio is.   Do not make the risk decision to accept a shot unless and until you have this information.   I suspect that this will be never.  

World War 3 is taking place in the mind of man.   It will be won without firing a shot by those not taking the first shot.  

If the Covid plot is indeed a sinister abuse of the weaknesses of human psychology with eugenic intent, one would expect that those orchestrating it would not allow for an immediate mass culling.  Too many people would awaken too quickly.   A truly diabolical plot would slowly and methodically take advantage of human psychological weaknesses--committment bias and social proof/herd bias--to manipulate and persuade them to kill and injure themselves and each other.  It would involve a lie and a fear-fueled initial poor risk decision--e.g., we are in a dangerous worldwide "pandemic" so please do the responsible thing and get the jab to protect your neighbor.  

Is this what is happening?  I don't know.  What I do know is that the available (perhaps flawed) data provided by pandemic narrators--the IFR--says we are not experiencing a pandemic and never have been.  

So how do we know which way to go?   When data is scarce, meaningless, or fatally biased, I believe we must test the spirits (1 John 4:1) and cultivate the Mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16):

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.  2 Cor. 3:17.   To me, the bullying, lies, bribery, and coercion on the "pro-vax" side reveals the dark spirit behind the pandemic narrative.

Car Crashes and the Vaxxocaust - Vox Popoli

The rate of US automotive fatalities per 100 million miles driven is 6.3 percent worse than I’d previously mentioned:

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration today released the Early Estimate of Motor Vehicle Traffic Fatalities for the First Half (January-June) of 2021, which shows the largest six-month increase ever recorded in the Fatality Analysis Reporting System’s history. An estimated 20,160 people died in motor vehicle crashes in the first half of 2021, up 18.4% over 2020. That’s the largest number of projected fatalities in that time period since 2006.

Preliminary data from the Federal Highway Administration show that vehicle miles traveled in the first half of 2021 increased by about 173.1 billion miles, or about 13%. The fatality rate for the first half of 2021 increased to 1.34 fatalities per 100 million VMT.

This rate is very, very high, as it is 18.8 percent higher than the 2011-2019 average, and precludes any innocuous – and retarded – explanations such as “well, people forgot how to drive during lockdown.” The vaxx is insidious, as it is killing people in a broad variety of ways, each of which has various forms of superficially plausible deniability.

Major Uptick In Emergency Room Admissions From People Suffering Acute Organ Failure - by Ethan Huff

National Public Radio (NPR) is flabbergasted by a major uptick in emergency room admissions across the United States. 

Even though it is painfully obvious that “fully vaccinated” Americans are getting sick in droves NPR is chalking it all up to mystery – or perhaps something spooky since Halloween is just days away.

In Lansing, Mich., for instance, Sparrow Hospital is seeing a massive swarm of very ill patients having to be lined up on stretchers in the facility’s hallways due to a shortage of available beds.

“It’s hard to watch,” said Tiffani Dusang, the emergency room’s nursing director.

“I always feel very, very bad when I walk down the hallway and see that people are in pain or needing to sleep or needing quiet. But they have to be in the hallway with, as you can see, 10 or 15 people walking by every minute.”

At the start of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “pandemic,” long before the so-called “vaccines” were made available through “Operation Warp Speed,” Sparrow Hospital was fairly normal. Once the jabs became widespread, however, the sickly really started to pour in.

Most U.S. hospitals, it turns out, were as empty as could be prior to the release of the jabs. It was only after the injections had been widely distributed that hospitals across the country began to get flooded with new patients.

Doctors and nurses say that the severity of patient illnesses is all over the map. Some patients are complaining of abdominal pain while others are having trouble breathing.

There are also lots and lots of blood clots, which have become a common occurrence in people who get injected with the spike protein bioweaponry disguised as “medicine.”

There is also a surge of patients suffering from cardiovascular events, failed suicides, acute organ failure and an array of debilitating symptoms. Many of these patients can no longer work and have trouble just getting through the day.

Had they taken their chances with the Wuhan Virus without getting injected, they would probably be doing just fine. Because they listened to Tony Fauci, however, they are now suffering immensely from vaccine-induced adverse events.

Not once in NPR‘s lengthy article about this phenomenon is the word vaccine even so much as mentioned. Do a word search for yourself: You will see that it is not even part of the equation, even though it is the most obvious culprit.

As the U.S. approaches the winter season, hospital admissions are up nearly 20 percent, according to the report, despite being down over the summer when people were out in the warmth and sunlight. This suggests that once winter comes into full swing, it is going to be a dark one as far as public health is concerned.

“It’s an early indicator that what’s happening in the ED is that we’re seeing more acute cases than we were pre-pandemic,” said Caleb Cox, a data scientist at the Epic Health Research Network.

“Even though we’re seeing the overall volumes come back to normal over the summer here, we see that the more acute conditions still remain higher than the pre-pandemic normals, while the lower-acuity conditions still remain below pre-pandemic normal.”

As the Biden Boosters get rolled out, we expect another wave of acute health problems to emerge that results in hospitals becoming even more overwhelmed with sick, fully vaccinated patients.

You mean... like measles?

Oh wait... not like measles, because if you take the measles shot you won't get measles -- or give it to anyone else.

Of course this forms the entire premise of so-called "mandatory" vaccinations, all of which has always been a crock of **** and worthy of a piano dropped on the head of anyone arguing for it.  The only reason it didn't happen over the decades is that those other shots were in fact safe (which these are not) and, once taken, you didn't get the disease.

But now we have an actual Government so-called expert, in this case Germany's, stating out loud that the vaccines are in fact worthless as a public health measure.  They neither prevent you from getting the virus or transmitting it, making them nothing more than a very dangerous flu shot.

The flu shot usually doesn't prevent you from getting or spreading the flu either.  Indeed in Canada nurses have won court cases against their employers who argued for mandatory flu shots on exactly this basis.  The flu shot, which is pushed heavily by a lot of doctors and so-called "experts", has the virtue of being quite safe, however, that only about 20 or 25 people die associated with it and it has no record of causing effects like myocarditis.  Neither can be said for these jabs that are somewhere between 100 and 1,000 times as dangerous -- bad enough that for someone under the age of 30 who doesn't have a pre-existing life-threatening condition the jab is more-dangerous than the virus itself.

But what's worse is the continuing stream of data out of England which strongly suggests that not only do these jabs not stop you from getting the virus they also have a very nasty tendency to prevent you from building "N" antibodies if and when you do get infected after being jabbed.  That's very bad, because it is those antibodies that, we have reason to believe, are in fact critical to prevent serious or fatal outcomes.

Nobody cares if they sneeze; indeed, coronaviruses produce that all the time.

So why would Drosten say he looks forward to his first, second and third infection post jab?  We already know that being infected without being jabbed produces durable immunity.  Exactly how durable is open to some question but by the data over the last 18 months the answer is "very durable" with only a tiny fraction of one percent of people becoming symptomatically ill, if not vaccinated, twice.

What Drosten is telling you is that not only have the vaccines failed to stop you from getting the virus they've screwed everyone.

No, not everyone has or will drop dead from the immediate side effects such as myocarditis, although the longer-term impact of those nasty adverse effects is very likely to be materially worse than the immediate count, which is bad enough.  No, the really hideous news, it appears, is that it is basically universal that the jabs produce OAS in every single person who takes them and thus you will not only get Covid, you'll get it more than once if you were stupid enough to take the shot(s).
