Anyone who
has been a regular visitor here must be familiar with Vox Day. It is my go-to
site almost every day and often posted in the library– why?
Vox is a publisher, science fiction writer, philosopher,
musician and video game designer. So what does that
have to do with the GRPC subject matter in DaLimbraw Library?
When I want
concise and precise insights on things that matter, my first stop is Vox Day. He draws
upon his extensive knowledge of history, human nature and Christian faith to
provide insightful commentary, which often includes not only what is going on
now, but what the outlook is for the future. His books are classics! I
recommend it as a regular stop for anyone seeking knowledge and understanding.
Today I
posted 5 comments – notice that they all connect to TODAY:
Imagine how much better off the American people
would be if those it permitted to immigrate had simply refrained from injecting
themselves into the affairs of their host nation. - http://voxday.blogspot.com/2019/01/mailvox-on-duties.html
An unborn child is no longer categorized as a person
in the amendment of the penal code. This is an abomination. These are not our
people. This is not our nation. This is the true face of so-called
"Judeo-Christianity". - http://voxday.blogspot.com/2019/01/moloch-is-their-god.html
- More than 93
percent of all the wars in human history had no relation to religion
- The Spanish Inquisition had no jurisdiction over professing Jews, Muslims, or atheists, and executed fewer people on an annual basis than the state of Texas
- Atheists are almost four times more likely to be imprisoned than Christians
- "Red" state crime is primarily in "blue" counties
- Contra Richard Dawkins, sexually abused girls are 55 times more likely to commit suicide than girls raised Catholic
- In the twentieth century, atheistic regimes killed three times more people in peacetime than those killed in all the wars and individual crimes combined. - http://voxday.blogspot.com/2019/01/tia-audio-at-arkhaven.html

Forget the partial shutdown and the State of the
Union speech. Just shut the whole thing down. The state of the union is
"postmortem". There is no union anymore, there is merely the creaky
rattling edifice of an empire on the verge of collapse. - http://voxday.blogspot.com/2019/01/upping-ante.html
The Singer story is about as bad as you'd expect,
although the sheer scale and brazenness of his depredations may surprise the
naive. The filth of Hollywood is almost beyond credibility and it is intimately
connected to the intrinsic anti-Christianity of the industry. - http://voxday.blogspot.com/2019/01/lavender-mafia-fail.html
