 ...But what I want to challenge you on today is in fact to expand on said film.  You see, the film examines the punishments due those who either directly or as accessories enable murder, forcible******and robbery when the government flatly refuses to impose said punishments.  The first two are crimes that historically were answered with summary capital punishment or, in the case of forcible rape, frequently were punished by castration.  None of those had anything whatsoever to do with "rehabilitation" or any such twaddle; the entire point was to prevent a second or subsequent offense by making same physically impossible and in that regard they were successful in each and every case. Since the entire point of a criminal statute is to protect the public that must be the first and overriding goal of any punishment system; while you can have other goals you may never allow them to intrude into the prime directive, and we have to an utterly ridiculous degree.  This must stop -- right now and no matter what has to be done to stop it -- and that is the entire point of the film.  It is, in that regard, 100% correct and without question -- and those who deny that have no place in a civilized society thus must be given only to choices to either change their minds or be ejected from same......

..250 years ago 50 men put their signatures to paper and branded themselves as traitors -- and were immediately considered to have committed treason for which the penalty was their death and the utter destruction of their families and everything they possessed.  They did it with full knowledge of what was likely to follow -- they did it because the exact same sort of crimes we see today, economic and physical, had been committed against them, their families, their friends and random other people only a few of whom they knew personally and thus they took it upon themselves to make clear that the options were for everyone involved in it were to cut that **** out or be forced to stop including by being returned to room temperature if they refused.

The British replied to that demand with "**** you!" and we all know what came next.

The bull**** we have taken here in this nation in the last decades and the amount of screwing, both in the form of physical and economic****ault, makes what the Colonists were subjected to look like a ****ing Girl Scout picnic.  This film points out that no thug ever stops because you ask just as the two boys and one girl did not and in fact the goat-****ing family made excuses for and JUSTIFIED his and his friends' crime -- including his SISTER.

Every thug ever throughout history is the same: They only stop when they honestly believe that if they do not they will be imprisoned or killed. 

Since such a thug deserves death if they will not stop you must sear into both your heart and mind that what must be done so you, your wife, your daughter or your neighbor's wife, son or daughter is NOT next, whether said next******is economic or physical, is certainly homicide but it is definitely not murder.

THAT is the lesson the film attempts to impart.
