America must make its defense-related decisions by Americans, for Americans, and for no other purpose.
All so-called "allies" who engage in this sort of conduct, which is not the same thing, obviously, as consensual and knowing sharing of information related to joint operations and interests, must be entirely blackballed in all respects by the State Department and their so-called "allied" status revoked.
There has to be a price for this sort of misconduct and that is the clear and obvious price that must be enforced -- and we must, as a nation, make clear that to be our ally you may not be engaged in such conduct. If you do so then you're out -- period.
