I'm not certain that is the right move. It's very complex. But he would have his name cleared, and a figure who might be less divisive might be put forward.

This episode has not only demonstrated that Jordan Peterson is NOT on our side, it has shown that a) his defenders are clueless cultists who simply refuse to accept the truth about him, and, b) Jordan Peterson is a complete ignoramus when it comes to American politics.

First, Supreme Court Justice-to-be Kavanaugh would not have his name cleared. Just ask Robert Bork or Richard Nixon. Second, the God-Emperor Donald Trump would not respond by putting forward someone less divisive, he would absolutely name someone he could trust not to betray him by stepping down after all the hard work was done, someone who is a fire-breather that would make Kavanaugh look like a cuddly teddy bear in comparison.

Which is to say, someone considerably MORE divisive.

I am genuinely curious to see what sort of excuse the Jordanetics cultists will provide next for their hero. Especially since he is such a shameless and transparent liar.

I have a habit of not preparing my talks until really the last minute, and I mean that's not exactly true, because I've been thinking about what I'm going to talk to you about tonight for a very long time, but I, I really only got the title for this talk firmly in place about half an hour ago. And, and one of the things I like to do when I'm speaking to people is to tell them what I'm thinking about, not what I've already thought about, you know, and certainly not what I know, but what I'm thinking about, what I'm trying to figure out.

It's strange, then, that he so often happens to say the same things over and over and over again. Does he never manage to figure anything out? Notice again how he advertises when he's about to lie. Many people, me included, repeat words or even stutter, but I've noticed that Peterson tends to primarily do it when he's about to say something he knows to be false.

I will admit that I found Stefan's puzzled reaction to Peterson's original tweet to be mildly amusing. Surely there must be some kind of context in which the Crazy Christ didn't actually mean what he quite clearly wrote!

What the Alt Right is

In the interest of developing a core Alt Right philosophy upon which others can build.

1.    The Alt Right is of the political right in both the American and the European sense of the term. Socialists are not Alt Right. Progressives are not Alt Right. Liberals are not Alt Right. Communists, Marxists, Marxians, cultural Marxists, and neocons are not Alt Right.

2.    The Alt Right is an ALTERNATIVE to the mainstream conservative movement in the USA that is nominally encapsulated by Russel Kirk's 10 Conservative Principles, but in reality has devolved towards progressivism. It is also an alternative to libertarianism.

3.    The Alt Right is not a defensive attitude and rejects the concept of noble and principled defeat. It is a forward-thinking philosophy of offense, in every sense of that term. The Alt Right believes in victory through persistence and remaining in harmony with science, reality, cultural tradition, and the lessons of history.

4.    The Alt Right believes Western civilization is the pinnacle of human achievement and supports its three foundational pillars: Christianity, the European nations, and the Rule of Law.

5.    The Alt Right is openly and avowedly nationalist. It supports all nationalisms and the right of all nations to exist, homogeneous and unadulterated by foreign invasion and immigration.

6.    The Alt Right is anti-globalist. It opposes all groups who work for globalist ideals or globalist objectives.

7.    The Alt Right is anti-equalitarian. It rejects the idea of equality for the same reason it rejects the ideas of unicorns and leprechauns, noting that human equality does not exist in any observable scientific, legal, material, intellectual, sexual, or spiritual form.

8.    The Alt Right is scientodific. It presumptively accepts the current conclusions of the scientific method (scientody), while understanding a) these conclusions are liable to future revision, b) that scientistry is susceptible to corruption, and c) that the so-called scientific consensus is not based on scientody, but democracy, and is therefore intrinsically unscientific.

9.    The Alt Right believes identity > culture > politics.

10. The Alt Right is opposed to the rule or domination of any native ethnic group by another, particularly in the sovereign homelands of the dominated peoples. The Alt Right is opposed to any non-native ethnic group obtaining excessive influence in any society through nepotism, tribalism, or any other means.

11. The Alt Right understands that diversity + proximity = war.

12. The Alt Right doesn't care what you think of it.

13. The Alt Right rejects international free trade and the free movement of peoples that free trade requires. The benefits of intranational free trade is not evidence for the benefits of international free trade.

14. The Alt Right believes we must secure the existence of white people and a future for white children.

15. The Alt Right does not believe in the general supremacy of any race, nation, people, or sub-species. Every race, nation, people, and human sub-species has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, and possesses the sovereign right to dwell unmolested in the native culture it prefers.

16. The Alt Right is a philosophy that values peace among the various nations of the world and opposes wars to impose the values of one nation upon another as well as efforts to exterminate individual nations through war, genocide, immigration, or genetic assimilation.

TL;DR: The Alt Right is a Western ideology that believes in science, history, reality, and the right of a genetic nation to exist and govern itself in its own interests.

The patron saint of conservatives, Russell Kirk, wrote: "The great line of demarcation in modern politics, Eric Voegelin used to point out, is not a division between liberals on one side and totalitarians on the other. No, on one side of that line are all those men and women who fancy that the temporal order is the only order, and that material needs are their only needs, and that they may do as they like with the human patrimony. On the other side of that line are all those people who recognize an enduring moral order in the universe, a constant human nature, and high duties toward the order spiritual and the order temporal."

This is no longer true, assuming it ever was. The great line of demarcation in modern politics is now a division between men and women who believe that they are ultimately defined by their momentary opinions and those who believe they are ultimately defined by their genetic heritage. The Alt Right understands that the former will always lose to the latter in the end, because the former is subject to change.

Vox Popoli: Fake Right confirmed (Compared to what?)

The Fake Right is well to the Left of conservatives and even anti-American neocons like Ben Shapiro:

In an article on today’s “Daily Stormer” web site, mixed in with stories supporting Donald Trump and Brett Kavanaugh, Andrew Anglin and Weev published an article in which they lauded the cowardly attack by Jordan Hunt on a pro-life woman.

In the article, “Roy Batty”, most likely another one of Anglin’s sock-puppet pseudonyms, compared the soy-boy Jordan Hunt to Chuck Norris, and sided with Hunt when he called journalist Ben Shapiro a “Nazi” in a Tweet after the attack.

The article went on to attack all pro-life activists and conservatives, whom they said worshiped “Cuck Jesus”. It is clear that this is all being done in an effort to make Trump supporters and conservatives look as insane and degenerate as possible.

In another recent article, Anglin said that not just pro-life women, but all women “deserve to be beaten, raped and locked in cages“.

While it is easy to dismiss this all as just the rantings of Neo-Nazi loons, many on the Alt-Right still read and support the Daily Stormer web site. Some are even gullible enough to send these operatives donations via cryptocurrency.

The Daily Stormer first tried to influence the Alt-Right, by egging on the attendees at the fatal Charlottesville rally, and calling for violence. Later on, after the debate on the right about “optics”, Anglin or his handlers decided to align themselves with the “Alt-Light” or the “New Right”, and to pick up the American flag and declare themselves conservatives.

So, the Fake Right are pro-abortion, pro-socialist, anti-American, anti-Christian racial imperialists. They wrap themselves in the godless symbolism of the Left-wing Enlightenment free speech movement and worship death with all the enthusiasm of Hindu devotees of Kali; they are anti-God, anti-King, and anti-Nation.

Does that sound even remotely right-wing to you?

They are not Alt-Right, they are not Alternative Right, they are not Right at all. They are, and have always been, Fake Right. Anglin, Spencer, Auernheimer, Enoch, and Kessler are not right-wing extremists, they are left-wing activists and political performance artists. I pointed this out some time ago in my debate with Anglin on National Socialism.

They are just as much media-elevated approved opposition as the Intellectual Dark Web. The media hates the real Nationalist Right, which is the genuine alternative to the failed American conservative movement. Notice that the Fake Right has no connection to La Lega, to AfD, to Fidesz, to the SVP, to UKIP, to the Social Liberal Party, to Generation Identitaire, or to any of the other nationalist parties gaining strength across Europe. To the extent any of them even knew what it was, they even opposed Brexit.

Vox Popoli: CivNat vs Nationalist (There is a difference.)

This exchange in the comments of Rorschach of Swindon's video channel perfectly explicates both the uselessness and the ultimately inimical status of the civic nationalists:

They are globalists lite who not only conflate the state with the nation, but elevate membership in the state above membership in the nation. Ironically, they consider themselves to be "individualists" while simultaneously elevating the state to a sacral and definitive status well beyond that of any "tribalist" they accuse of collectivism.

And their melting pottist ideology is every bit in conflict with history and observable reality as feminism, Communism, and the neo-liberal world order.

Note to Mentors - We are back home and getting slowly reoriented to posting in the archive.

When you spend almost half a year traveling in an RV visiting your far flung family, the hard work is the preparation for the trip and after you return - it's basically moving twice a year!
We have been doing that now for almost 20 years - 14 in the RV - and hope to continue as long as God wills or until we get thrown out by our families:)
In any case, I look to return to my task - slowly - and we begin today with a very fundamental question - 'Is the civic nationalism that we were all taught in school a valid or workable governing policy?'
If you ask me - almost everything I learned in school about America and its history - is WRONG!
That is not a pleasant discovery! But the facts on the ground are proving it - almost daily.

Letter To The CivNats | The Z Blog (This article might be entitled "The Anatomy of A Failed Mythology!" or "The Time of Choosing Has Arrived!)

One of the strange aspects of the last century of American politics is that the defining arguments have all happened on the losing side. The winners have always been sure about what they want and what they are willing to do to get it. It is the losers who have always been squabbling with one another about the proper response or the meaning of the latest failure. National Review types always used to argue that all the interesting debates were on their side, rather than on the side of their alleged adversaries.

They were not wrong about that, even though they were deluded about who they were really fighting. For at least forty years and maybe longer, all of the arguments have been on the Right. That’s the thing though, they were always fighting the people to their right, the people now forming the new opposition. It is easy to get down about what is happening in our time, but the one thing we can point to is that there is an authentic alternative forming up now. The veil has been lifted for more of us now than any time in the past.

Of course, we remain a tiny minority, even within the white population. George Hawley, the left-wing college professor from the University of Alabama, estimates that the dissident population is in the 6% range, which would be about ten percent of the white population, give or take. Greg Hood, the main writer at American Renaissance, is bit more optimistic, as he thinks the data says there are many more “leaners” in the population, but his number is still small. You can read Greg’s review of Hawley’s numbers here.

The point is, the vast majority of white people remain in the civic nationalist camp. About 25% of whites identify as Progressive, so that leaves about 65% in the civic nationalist, dissident right and indifferent buckets. This is what the alt-right learned the hard way two summers ago. They held a rally and 500 people showed up, but 2,000 opponents showed up. Many of those protesting the alt-right were MAGA hat wearing CivNats. Even more crucial, s solid plurality of white people blamed both sides for the violence.

It’s why the math of democracy makes white survival an impossibility. That 25% of whites who lock arms with the 40% who are non-white gets the anti-whites close enough to a permanent majority that they are the default option in an election. It’s why they put all their energy into making sure blacks,Jews, migrants and lesbians are super-angry. The left just needs the turnout and they win. They know the math of democracy too. That means the future is the Kavanaugh hearings over and over until you’re dead.

That’s the lesson and the reason for this letter. The civic nationalists need to look at that circus on their television and know that is their future. The people who are rejecting due process and the presumption of innocence don’t look like you. They don’t sound like you. They don’t believe what you believe. More important, they don’t love what you love or hate what you hate. What they are willing to live and die for does not include you, because you don’t look like them or sound like them. You can never be on their side and they know it.

When you appeal to their sense of civic virtue, all you are doing is encouraging them to punch you in the face again. That’s because their civic virtue is not your civic virtue. It can never be otherwise. After decades of work to train blacks, for example, to embrace civic nationalism, they still cling to their own ideas and their own hatreds. It turns out that those racists you guys were always trying to run off were right after all. Civil society is a white man’s thing. It is not an idea. It is the result of white people living in their own lands.

Now, I know a lot of civic nationalists. Many of them post comments here. Some of my best friends are civic nationalists. Many will beg at the tiny feet of Ben Shapiro, convinced it is ideology not race, until he slams the oven door on them. Just look at South Africa, where whites are being slaughtered by blacks. Yet, many whites refuse to accept the reality of their situation. The father of Mollie Tibbetts, the white girl murdered by an invader, cares more of his civic virtue than his own child. Some people can’t be saved.

On the other hand, if you are watching this circus in Washington and wondering if it is all coming apart, you may want to take a moment and look hard at the scene. It is a white man going through trial by ordeal, something white people banned 1500 years ago. The people putting him through that ordeal don’t look like you. They don’t believe what you believe. They mock what you believe. They think things like due process and rule of law are the white man’s law, not their law. Their law is what you see on your television.

You need to ask yourself, is there really any way to tame them that has not already been tried? Is there an argument that is going to cause Debra Katz or Michael Bromwich to reconsider their war on white people? Will Maxine Waters or Kamala Harris ever agree with you? You sat and watched Judge Kavanaugh give a stirring speech in defense of decency and civic justice that Cicero would have found moving. Think about all that has been said and written in favor of civil nationalism, yet, here we are anyway.

More important and this is where you as a civic nationalist either head down the road to Damascus or heads into the darkness. Look at the fruits of civic nationalism. The champions of the constitutional order and rule of law are all sitting on the Republican side, getting rolled by the non-white rage heads responsible for this circus. The professional civic nationalists have built out a well financed system to promote your cause. Yet here they are getting clobbered again. If they can’t win this fight, what can they win?

Look. I get it. In your heart you know our side is right about “the race stuff.”. It’s why you moved to a neighborhood with good schools and a bad basketball team. It’s why you support Israel and oppose Islam. You know that only in a society run by white men, can there be anything resembling civil order. You hate yourself for it so you have created all sorts of ways to show you’re not an anti-Semite or conceal your real feelings toward blacks. It’s hard to put down that steamer trunk of guilt you have been taught to carry.

I get it. All of us on this side of the great divide get it. All of us have made the journey you will have to make. It’s not easy to accept that all the stuff you have been taught about the constitution and patriotism was just a way to blind you to the approaching darkness. Now you have a chance to open your eyes and see what comes next if you don’t begin your journey to this side. That circus on your television is not going to just fade away. it is a glimpse into the future, of your children’s future and your grandchildren’s future.

No matter what you choose, the years ahead will be every bit as ugly as the spectacle unfolding on our televisions and on social media. The Great Brown Army believes this is their time to the destroy the white patriarchy, by which they mean white America. The fight to stop it is going to ugly and you will have to get used to thinking about things in a way that used to feel wrong. But, the fight is going to happen whether you snap out of your daze or remain in the CivNat delusion. The question before you is which side are you on?

Many civic nationalists can't bear to face the truth about the transformation of the USA into Post-America due to their own identity complications. I understand that challenge very well, being identity-complicated myself.

But if you are willing to sell out your entire nation, your entire civilization, for the sake of your Chinese wife, your adopted black son, or your very nice, hard-working neighbor from Venezuela who loves football and just wants a better life for his extended family, then how are you any different than the businessman who was willing to sell the Soviets the rope with which they intended to hang him? How are you not a traitor to your family, your people, and your country, even by your own lofty principles?

If your definition of "America" requires denying the very existence of America as an actual, material, historical nation, if you deny that Americans are one united people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, and very similar in their manners and customs, then how can you possibly consider yourself to be a patriot or a loyal American at all?

And, regardless of your heritage, your ideological self-identification, or your position on optimal tax rates, how can you possibly consider yourself to be anything but a de facto member of the anti-American globalist Left?
