What’s Wrong with Hitler?, by Hans Vogel - The Unz Review

On September 1 the editor-in-chief of a conservative broadcast organization in The Netherlands was forced to step down. The reason? On a talk show two days earlier, he said that Hitler was right when in a 1933 speech he condemned a certain group of bankers, investors and businessmen for working against the national interest of Germany. It was observed that, just like that group of Jews, the current globalist elite are working against the national interest of each and every European state by flooding Europe with hordes of non-European invaders

Immediately, the PC-crowd that has been dominating and suffocating national debate for just too long, began to howl in indignant protest: a red line had been crossed. How on earth could anyone in his right mind say anything positive about Hitler? Where the hell did that evil little broadcasting organization get the idea that it was OK to show a clip of Hitler giving one of his infamous speeches? Surely it was the height of antisemitism!

In 1945 almost one century ago, Hitler may have exited from the stage, but he still continues to enjoy strong interest from the public. Surely that is remarkable. No one has ever been vilified as much as Hitler, and yet the evil and misdeeds ascribed to him are still being committed today. By others. As a matter of fact, since 1945 both everything Hitler did and everything he was accused of doing, has been done by countless others.

Just to make sure, and in line with contemporary practices, I decided to consult AI, although a Chinese version of it, believing it just might be a bit more impartial than all those others from the West:

Any favorable observation about Hitler, the Nazis, the Third Reich is an absolute no-no. On the other hand, all the media and all politicians remain absolutely silent on the fact that the Ukraine, through its Azov Battalion, has been upholding precisely those dreadful Nazi values. To cover this up, all EU central and local leaders ceaselessly proclaim that the Ukraine is defending “European Values!” And their silence on the genocide in Gaza is even more deafening. Everywhere in the EU, graffiti saying “Stop the holocaust” are immediately removed.

Double standards rule supreme in the EU, poisoning everything from politics to intellectual life, public debate and history.

Next time someone starts talking about how evil Hitler and the Nazis were, ask him to explain what’s wrong with Hitler. Better still, don’t say anything. Just smile politely.
